Tomorrow is the first day of May and I see some of you are in for a longer challenge than a weeked or week at a time so here it is...I am still going to encourage small weekly and weekend goals too.

Alright everyone - the month is coming to an end - I know we have all done a fantastic job and looking forward to reading the results. If you didn't get to the 5lbs please do not feel stressed or angry because it is just a number and you may have changed a bad eating habit or fit into something you have by crazy to wear for some time. These successes are just as special as loosing 5lbs.
