Diaries of those doing 20 C or less

I am starting Atkins induction on Wednesday and would like to look at diaries of folks who are doing 20 carbs or less for help and inspiration. Have been doing low carb since November, but never done induction. Shake up this plateau. Thanks.

I do less than 20 carbs a day. My diary is open so feel free to have a look. However, I must warn you my calorie intake has been pretty low lately because of family situations, and how busy I've been lately.0

Can you tell me if it is possible to adjust the carb settings on my home page. I would want to set it to 30grams a day.0

I do up to 20 g of carbs a day. My diary is open. I've been under 20 for a year. I'm ketogenic.
To set your goals: From your home page click on GOALS then CHANGE GOALS. Choose CUSTOM. Set your percentage of carbs to what gives you the amount a day you want.0 -
That's a good start, still looking for more. FYI my calories are at about 1500.0

My net carbs are usually in the 20-30 range. Add me if you like. I follow keto, which is fairly similar to Atkins.

Hi, I stick to around 20g per day. As I'm in the U.K. my carb totals are already nett, fibre is already subtracted here on food labels/info. I've set my goal to slightly higher as it was a choice of less or more than 20. I do allow myself up to 25 most days. I also fall off the wagon every so often! I've recently returned from a month away and did stick to cooking my LC foods a lot but also ate out sometimes and am happy enough that I gained 2 pounds as it would usually be a lot more on holiday! My net carbs are under 20 and I eat between 1500-1600 calories. I, like a couple others, follow keto too.0

I'm doing keto like some of those above and keep my net carbs between 20 and 30 g a day. My diary is open so feel free to take a look and let me know if you have any questions. I track EVERYTHING I eat and am religious about it, so you can go back months.
Also, if you're looking for some feedback on your own diary, I would say cut way back on the fruit. You can totally still have some fruit -- but I would limit it to blueberries (which are the most beneficial for you anyway) and keep it to like a 1/4 cup or 1/2 cup. And I'd recommend cutting back a bit on peanut butter. I have almond butter several days a week, but only 1 or 2 tablespoons. I saw that one day recently you had 6 tablespoons of peanut butter. You would have been ~20 g carbs that day if you had not had so much peanut butter.

Depends on the person. Some people have open diaries that anyone can view. Some have only friends, and some have no one, or a password needed for access. Feel free to add me if you are doing low carb. My diary is accessible to friends only.0
