BF%: 26.77% (4/29)
5/15: 26.19%
5/30: 26.08%
Bust: 36 - 37 (-1)
Waist: 27.75 - 27.5 (-.25)
Belly Button: 33 - 32.5 (.50)
Hips: 44.75 - 44.75
Thigh: 26 - 26
Arm: 12.5 - 12 (-.50)
Bench press 60 70 (+10)
Leg press 250 270 (+20)
squat 100 140 (+40)
Deadlift 30 - 70 (+40)

So in the month: 2.25", .68% BF, and 3.4lb.
Next month I am just going to use calculated 1RM for my stregth info, it is easier, but to be honest I was only at the gym 4 days in may and my goal is 2-3 a week, so I should have been there 8-12.0
