Extra Stretches

I have completed BR and now do TurboFire, but i wanted to write a short post about stretches - post workout.

I felt alot of discomfort in my upper back and shoulders towards the end of Body revolution, and it wasn't until i'd done a stretch class very early on in my TurboFire schedule that i realised i hadn't been doing adequate stretching to relieve myself of the punishment of so many planks and push ups in Phase 3!

I want to share this class with you because i thought it was amazing, even after just one session i could feel the difference, and i highly recommend it.

It's short - just 10 minutes long, and simple - but very effective....definitely one worth checking out and adding to your routine!

    Thanks Dawn, I agree that Jillian DVD's in general need better stretching. Great resource!
