Super Summer Challenge: Starting!

Each week, I'll create a new check-in for everyone to write down where they are. We can discuss progress, what we've done, what we're doing to get there. It will be a great way to motivate one another, congratulate members, and maybe pick-up some tips along the way!

I did my measurements and weight today... here are my stats:

I am good with my workouts, workout daily to some degree... my rest day still involves a dog walk or hike. Currently training for a 5K. I have done several 5Ks, a 10K and 2 half marathons but been dealing with knee injury/surgery so working my way back up to running with C25K. My 5K is May 18. Also incorporating workout DVDs and on final week of Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 and will be starting Brazil Butt Lift next week.
I need to be more accountable with food and consistent with tracking.0 -

Oh dear I forgot my weight! It's 145.6. But I started off at 160 after my lil mini me was born so I am doing good, just at a standstill as I am being LAZY!!!0

Hi! I'm Anne! Thanks for starting this challenge...I am ready kick it up a notch!
Here are my measurements (I don't take as many as others...but this is what I've been tracking)

Chest: 32"
Small waist: 27.5
Belly button: 32
Hips: 40"
%Body Fat: 21.4%
Goals: Decrease body fat to 18%. Decrease hip measurement to under 40" (even if it is 39.9"...this is a very hard place for me to lose...but I have lost 2" since January!!!). Get my 5k time under an 8:00 mile. Continue with my lifting routine (which is not my favorite workout; but the one I get the most results from).0 -

Continue weight loss - not sure where that will put me, because it's slowing down some right now FINALLY
Stop smoking - at least fully transition to e-cigs and snus, will work down from there
Push the swim intensity up to 800 m in each stroke, prefer complete swim to be finished in an hour (currently at 1000 m breast stroke, 400 m butterfly, 200 m freestyle, 200 m back stroke OR 400 m each stroke finishing in 65 mins. Hopefully this won't push the burns up any higher!)0 -

OK, so I weighed in and took measurements this morning. Oh my! 158.8 (5'2"). Chest 40, waist 33, hips 44, right below belly button (peri-menopause belly fat) 41, right thigh 23.75, right calf 14.75. It has been a long time since I have measured myself so it was a little bit of an eye opener but that is ok. Need to know from where I am starting so I can get to the finish line!

I was about 255 and losing steadily when I got pregnant. Now 10 months post partum I am trying to get back down and keep going. My immediate goal is to lose 2 lbs a week until our vacation at the end of July which would put me at a 22 lb loss. I just joined a group who are not going to weigh in for the month of May. I work full-time so time is tight. Right now I jump on the Stairmaster for 30 minutes in the mornings MWF and walk for 20 minutes during my lunch M-F. On the weekends I try to stay active with my family through walking or hiking. I will also try to fit in another cardio session on the Stairmaster if time permits. I will start a calisthenics routine three days a week starting tomorrow and will do that TThSat. I also started a squat challenge with a FB group and will be doing that for the next 30 days.

Goals: 172 by the end of June when my parents come to visit. They have NO idea how well I have been doing with my weight loss. I would love to show them a huge difference. I was over 200lbs the last time they saw me.
I am also trying to tone up to. I have no idea how quickly i can lose inches because never really paid attention to it before so I will say I would like to lose 4 inches by the end of June as well.
I currently am doing JM 30DS and C25K On days I don't work I do both in one day and alternate one or the other on work days. I try and get in a few long walks when I have time. I also am starting a challenge with a friend today that combines the 30 day squat/plank/crunch challenge.
