I have fallen HARD off the paleo/crossfit wagon for the last 8 weeks. I'm not a fan of logging my food while eating Paleo but I'm afraid it may be the only thing that will help me get back on track. That said, those of you who do log your food, what do you set your macro goals to? Or should I just log and not worry about the numbers?

I log everything, usually aim for high fat, medium protein (around 95gs) and lower carb. Today worked out at 58%fat, 29% protein and 13% carb but I'm not rigid about it. I try to aim for under 100gs of carb as I still want to lose a stone or so sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't.0
