I have been on MFP for about a month now and making good progress. Born and raised in South Alabama and now live near Enterprise. I am married, for almost 19 years, and we have 3 kids. I still enjoy my favorite southern foods but have learned how to fix them in a healthier way and limit the amount of those I have no control over. Life in the south is always an adventure.
OH yeah almost forgot. ROLL TIDE!!! hehe
