wanted to binge today.... resisting urge so far

It started with lunch: decided to get cafetaria lunch, which was fine, albeit a bit creamy, and stodgy. felt a bit bleurghg after, and hadnt had much water. so the cravings kicked in. was so so tempted to go to the shop and get a MASSIVE BAG of chocolate minstrels and choc praline sweets. decided to stop myself. instead got a brownie. sat down and had it with a cup of coffee slowly. was a nice treat ( so fattening), and after i still wanted more chocolate.

i stepped away and have resisted since. i hope i can get through the day without bingeing, tomorrow will be so much easier if i can do that. any advice on how to get through the next few hours?
at university, so temptation is all around me!!

    you can do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! talk a brisk walk??? diet soda??? (helps me but i know can trigger others)
    play on MPF message boards for a while until the horrible terrible urge passes? you can absolutely do this!! i believe in you!

    thanks so much for you inspiring words, i feel really motivated now to do it!! i had dinner there and felt really full after it ( chickpea and tuna salad with feta cheese and butternut squash, and salsa), so i should be fine for the next while. i keep telling myself that the day is soon over so just have to make it til bedtime without bingeing and that counts as another little victory (every little helps!)!
