I got the New Year off to a really good start and was doing cardio 4x a week, eating very cleanly, doing some weight training and a Pilates DVD once or twice a week on top of that. I lost 18 lbs in the first 5 weeks of 2013.

Then I backslid in a huge way. I did a lot of damage over a period of a month and a couple of weeks (curse you, Reese's PB Easter eggs!) and I am shaking it off and starting over.

Did Phase One Workout One today. It wasn't bad, but she gets right down to business, it is definitely faster paced than 30 Day Shred. But Workout One was very do-able.

I think I am going to do the Cardio One disc in a few minutes.

Onward and upward!
