I have been tracking my food and exercise for over a year on another site. Every time I went to search for nutritional information on google My Fitness Pal would come up. So, I decided to switch over to here a few days ago. I have been paleo-ish and primal-ish for about 6 months. I am getting ready to do the 21 day challenge (just reading over the first part of the book). I started at 288 lbs and am down to 215. My goal is 175.
