Was planning to take spin class tonight but my favorite instructor had a sub. I decided to try pilates instead. Tomorrow I will get my run in. I'm on Week 7 Day 1 of the couch to 5k.0

15 minutes this after noon and I managed the other 45 after dinner! Was harder to get it today than I thought it would be, and it is only day 2!0

I hurt my knee at zumba and not sure what that means for my exercise plan0 -
