So the playlist is ready, my body is ready.. my mind is (not ready,..) my obliques are hurting (did some weird hoola hoop thing yesterday on the wii.. ).. just need to give myself a little push to start day 3! ooh those buttsvids are killers!0

They sure are! I hurt from Cassey's workouts for like 3 days after. It's insane.
If for any reason you just can't do it, take 20-30 minutes and just do stretches. Stretch out those sore muscles and get back to it the next day. Sundays are a free day per Cassey but I tend to use them as a catch up from a day I've missed during the week.

Sundays are never my free day.. Mostly Saturday, because i'm to busy.. I do what i can with the video's. And use mostly modified versions of what she does.. I'll get there someday. My obliques are less hurting today.. Those buttvideos from yesterday, were not that hard as some others ..0

I have to modify her workouts also. I'm pretty far away and a good 30 kg from being able to do the workouts as well as Cassey does. However, the main thing is that you are doing them. You are doing your best and moving. Each workout you'll get stronger and it'll get easier.0

Day 3 done. My shoulders feel so good!! I had to alternate between 3 & 5 pounds throughout the one video.
