Metabolism Boost?

Curious.....have you found a successful way of breaking a plateau or boosting your metabolism?? What do you think of the one day a week where you can eat what you want?

    My best way I have found of breaking a plateau is on one day every 2 weeks I just save that day to eat whatever I want and NOT THINK ABOUT IT! To not worry about it either. I find I lose more weight when I'm not stressed out about my weight! feel relaxed don't put a hard set goal. Know it will go off naturally and it usually sheds of faster than expected because your stress level goes down and you naturally start feeling good about yourself and your progress.
