    I've been sucked into almost each one of these people philosophies, recipes, blogs, links, whatever and I can see why there are so many differing opinions about the fairly basic premise of whole foods. Everything from what current aboriginal tribal people use for toothbrushes (they don't have cavities or teeth problems until they stop eating their ancestral foods) to the lack of evidence to unquestionably vilify GMOs. Thank you very much for sharing. Now back to the "list"!

    Thanks for this list! I am new to paleo. I've been reading Robb Wolf's Paleo Solutions book and the Primal Blueprint. Having health problems and if all this stuff is even remotely true, I am looking forward to some big improvements! On day 4 and am not craving any no-no's (well, except for beer) and feeling good. We'll see.
