Packing a Cooler for Clean Eating on the go

I have just started doing this the past month or so. It still seems a little strange sometimes. If I'm with people at a lunch meeting they think the food I'm eating is available for every one. They ask where they can get some. If people know it's my food they talk about it. I pack a wonderful fresh food lunch. I do it mainly so I have something really good and healthy to eat. Something so good I'm not tempted by any store bought items. I seldom am. It's so good people want my food. I wonder why they don't take as good care of themselves.
I now have 3 different sizes of "lunch boxes." If I'm gone all day I have a ice chest I take with water, snacks and lunch in it. I have a large lunch box that I'll take my salad and snacks in it. I have my smaller I'm just running around town lunch box.
Today I had shopping and errands to do. I was sitting out in my car at Whole foods eating my delicious lunch. My book was playing on my MP3 player, a nice breeze coming in the windows. I was thoroughly enjoying my lunch 10 times better than any fast food I've ever had.

Sounds a little like me. I pack my lunch for work and when I am going to be away from home all day or weekend. Planning definately keeps me on track. It has become such a habit that I feel bad when I have a day that I don't prepare properly.0
