Start this group since Sue and I are no longer doing the Simple Solutions at DF. We are still members of the gym. We figure this would be a good place to keep the support group alive. If you know anybody that is a member of myfitnesspal or is from the Palmerton Area send them an invite. Maybe MJ will even blog once and a while ;)
