Starting out monday!

Hey guys, i am starting this program on Monday! Looking forward to building some muscle. Anyone got any advice or tips to help me? Thanks!!

    You are stronger than you think you are...push yourself and work those muscles. I will be starting week 3 on monday and am already lifting more than i thought would be able to at this point.

    feel free to add me as a friend...love to have friends that arent just doing the cardio thing

    i agree with pp. don't be scared to try. i started off 3 weeks ago and could only squat 15kgs- now i'm up to 50. i can recommend that as your weights get heavier, warm up to them. for example, if i'm squatting 50kgs i'll start with 10 reps of 30kgs, 10 of 40kgs, then move up to 50kgs. if i'm feeling it, then i'll throw in an extra set at a slightly heavier weight, just to see how i go.
    and it's about form- make sure you have the right positions. that is more important to start with than how much you're lifting.
