I have gained and lost the same 2lbs for a MONTH!!!!!! Soooooooo frustrating. I started adding good carbs back in, then I backed way down. Nothing is working. I wanted to be down 100lbs by my one year mark. Seeing as that is 3 weeks away, i don't see that happening. Right now, I just want to keep losing. I hate the plateau

How long has it been since you backed down your carbs? It might take a week or two to re-adjust, depending on how long and how high your carbs got.

Since you didn't log over the past 2 weekends, I can't see what you ate then, but I know personally I can undo any good I've done during the week on the weekends.

Personally, I'd also cut out the atkins bars since some people stall with them, as well as the sugar-free candies. They may be lower carb, but high in cals that you can use to eat more nutrient-dense foods. I also noticed your protein is not as high as it was before.

Still, 83lb in a year is great!! :flowerforyou:

I agree with Shar. Atkins bars and sugarfree candies will give you a lot more carbs than they claim. Most commercial products that sell themselves as being "low carb" pack more carbs (and calories) than are helpful for weightloss.

Keep the majority of your food naturally low carb -- meat, vegetables, full fat dairy.

I just wanted to say that it's really great you lost that much in that amount of time. It took me 1 year 10 and a half months to get to 100 lost (though for the first several months I was not doing low carb). It takes your body time to adjust and it sounds like you are on the right track. Just keep making healthy adjustments. Maybe view your weekly summary and make sure you are meeting nutrition goals or check that you are getting enough water. I've been stuck for 2 weeks now and it's the same deal where some days I'll be at my exact lowest and other days I'll be 2 pounds above my lowest (I try to weigh every morning), but in a way it's kind of exciting because when staying on a plan that has worked I've noticed a kind of pattern where I know a big loss is coming after being stuck for a couple weeks or more. You are doing great!
