    Ah, yea, tried that, doesn't help. Maybe for a few seconds, but it doesn't do anything long term, it always comes right back.

    And I find it difficult to accept that this is normal, I think I would have noticed tent-front pants walking around all day.

    And the tuck it down a leg thing, that just makes the 'tent' stick out lower than normal, it doesn't hide anything.

    What are lycra shorts?
    The thing is the majority of people are unfit, so the likelyhood of this happening to them diminishes. With exercise your blood vessels dilate and blahblah, so blood flows more freely.

    If you wear tighter underwear (at least in the legs) and pants with some room in the thigh, they can be hidden with a tuck.

    I don't really see what is so offensive about them anyway. Speaking as a former lifeguard and swimming coach.. it happens to people. And count yourself lucky if you're one that finds it difficult to hide, heh.

    Edit: Oh yeah - lycra shorts are like what runners and cyclists wear.

    Also known as "Spandex" in the U.S. I believe. Very stretchy/elastic material. Think cycling shorts but without the padding.

    As to has anyone else experienced this.
    When I started lifting, well now any lift days. My libido shoots though the roof. I have to take care of things before it becomes an issue.

    Maybe you should look up prostate massage. I heard this one guy did that to help.

    Well, this thread took an interesting direction.

    From what I can tell from the answers here, what seems to be happening is:

    Weight-loss and exercise have improved my circulation and my hormone levels have begun to rise as a result of the increased exertion and health. As a result of that, my body is reacting like I am going through puberty again.

    And if I am understanding correctly, the cure is to begin a regimen of regular ejaculation?

    As I mentioned before, I tried that a little already but it seemed to make the problem worse, was it simply not enough? You guys are saying that through increased ejaculation I will experience a reduction in the number of "incidents," correct?

    And for those who asked, yes, I am single. I haven't been sexually active for quite a while.

    It is normal. As for what to do? Well, if you have a significant other, go ahead and let them "share" in this victory. If not, well, fly solo a couple times per day.

    In all honesty, it is a fairly simple problem to resolve.
