First of all I have to say everyone is doing phenomenal! There is heavy participation and stiff competition amongst the crews. There are a few members of most of the crews that may need to be whacked though. I am a patient Don, and always hope for 100% participation. Captains advised me. Soldiers beware!

    Paulie Walnuts are doing good. We have participation even if it is only to check in and say they could not do a challenge. They have been informed that they can do an alternate so I am will to wait and see....We also have a couple of sickies but they are keeping me up to date so we are good

    I have quite a few I have to chase down so far... but maybe after this week everyone will start getting into the habit of reporting and communicating.. its a lot harder this month with larger teams.
