Am I using the correct activity level?
Hi there, everyone! I just recently started this program about 4 days ago. I figured my TDEE at 2300, and my BMR at 1430, I'm currently eating 1850/day, I am 5'3", 145lbs, and 32 years old...I do Jillian Michaels Body Revolution 6 days a week, which is 30 mins a day, and 3 days a week I do heavy lifting for 30-60 min/day...I put moderate activity level because I work a desk job and when I get home, I crash on the couch, my workouts happen in the morning...so, I guess I'm just making sure I'm on the right path to success, trying to lose about 20 lbs. Any assistance would be AMAZING!! happy BTW, I also just started drinking 2tsp of apple cider vinegar in the morning and in addition to taking multi vitamins, just added super b complex and a probiotic, am waiting for adrenal health support to come in the mail...

First, 20% is too much for 20 lbs left to lose, 15% is better.
Second, 180 min high cardio weekly, 135 min avg lifting weekly. Right on Moderate.
Third, did you used to have more energy in the evening before the exercise and diet, or always came home and crashed.
Classic symptom of under-eating is body slows other daily activity down, such that many find 400-500 calorie burn of exercise is more than lost by 3-5 hrs of really reduced activity rest of the day. Net effect to the day is there might as well have been no workout, because no extra calories are burned.
At least this method should help restore energy if you used to have more.0
