Huge NSV!

My weight has still not gone down, but I'm over it
For those of you who are 'suffering' from 'it's not working' syndrome because the scale has not been going down, I have had some awesome NSV's that prove to me this is worth it in the long run.
When I started in January, one of my physical goals was to be able to do a pull up. And it's not like I wasn't working out a ton already, but I was not getting any stronger. Another goal was to run at an 8 mile pace for 3-4 miles.
Yesterday I did 4 pull-ups! And last Tuesday I ran 3 miles in 24 minutes
Just sayin', I feel so much healthier and I am unbelievably stronger since starting to eat more and lift.
Thanks!
