I know there is always discussion about whether you can lose weight on NROLFW. I quit weighing myself so I wouldn't get wigged out if I gained but today I stepped on the scale. ( drum roll........) I am halfway through stage 3. I lost 2 1/2pounds since March. Not a huge loss but a loss is a loss. I've done great in inches. Lost 31/2 from my hips, 2 " from my waist, and 2" from my bust. I've gone down a size.
I am really happy with this program. I'm happy with my progress lifting, how much stronger I am getting. Just wanted to share. Stay strong ladies!

Good for you for staying away from the scale and enjoying the changes with your body instead, and congrats on the loss anyway ;-)

That is the way to go! Focus on those inches but hey whoop take the lbs as they come congrats :) I'm just restarting the program I quit training altogether in October up to a few weeks ago, I thought I must've put on a ton of weight so avoided weighing myself .... None of my clothes fit I seriously thought I must've put on 14lbs so bit the bullet and weighed in ......... I have lost 7lbs BUT gained 4 inches in my waist ... Ouch! So back to the lifting and I'm leaving the scales in the cupboard.
