Hi Thought I would give this a go to see if it helps. I have goals of running, losing weight, stopping smoking. I have done it in the past stopping fir 6 months, losing 24 pounds and taking part in numerous runs. For the past year or so I have completely gone back to old ways. Over weight, lazy and smoking and drinking too much. I have been trying to lose weight using mfp but have some bad days. I just need some motivation and a good kick up the back side. Any suppo rt would be much appreciated.

It helps to figure out how your relax the best prior to quitting. Perhaps get into the routine of taking a bath or reading. Exercise is also a great way to relieve stress.0
