Hi Girls the start of another week...
How are we all feeling?
So here is this weeks INSANE workout plan...
Monday - Insanity: day 8 cardio power & resistance - COMPLETED
Tuesday - Insanity: day 9 pure cardio
Wednesday - Insanity: day 10 plyo cardio circuit
Thursday - Insanity: day 11 cardio recovery
Friday - Insanity: day 12 cardio power & resistance
Saturday - Insanity: day 13 pure cardio and cardio abs
Sunday - Insanity: day 14 REST DAY
Well I completed week one and I didn't die, I love the Insanity workout, it was so worth the purchase!!

Doing pretty good here! 6 lbs away from my second goal weight (originally I had set 150 as my goal but I've passed that!). Now that I'm within the healthy weight range for my height, I'm feeling more like Katie did at the beginning of this challenge, which is wanting my measurements to change more than being concerned with my precise weight. I was pleased with myself this past weekend, because I still managed to get some exercise in while at my mom's. I rode her stationary bike on Saturday and did my bodyweight exercises, and Sunday I took a nice 3 mile walk with my dad. Neither the bike nor the walk were strenuous, but I was able to both be social and be active which made me feel good.
