Level 2: WTH @ Plank Twists...

Here's what I've learned so far with Level 2.
1. It's a welcoming feeling to feel sore again. After Day 7 of Level 1, I wasn't feeling sore the next morning. Now that I'm in Level 2, it's nice knowing my body has been strained a little more and out of its comfort zone.
2. It's definitely more ab work with all of those plank-type cardio moves.
AND FINALLY...
3. It's not that the Plank Twists are hard in the 3rd set of abs...it's the fact that my arms are basically dead at that point from all of the strength-related and plank-related cardio moves....anyone else have a hard time pushing through the Plank Twists?
Keep it up! It will all be worth it in the end!

I just started Level 2 this morning and the plank jacks are killing me. Good god. At least they'll firm up those saddlebags, right? 11 more days...11 more days...0
