Week 3?

I just finished week 2. So pleased that I am doing this! I'm looking ahead to week 3, and I am worried! In my mind I thought week 3 would be 2 minute runs, but it looks like they have sneaked in a 3 minute run. I'm just not sure I can do it
I'm certainly going to give it my best shot, but I don't want to be disappointed.
Any advice?

Stop looking ahead?
The rule of thumb is: If you have done the previous day's run, you are capable of the next day's run.
The reality is that there will be a day either in week three or week four that will kick your butt if you're not running slowly enough already. So, pace yourself so that you feel like you can do at least one more interval by the end of each day.
In running terms, an "easy run" is one where you feel like you could easily run the same distance at the same pace (conversational) again. Most of your runs will be like this after graduation, so it's important to learn what that pace feels like (even though it will be faster very soon).0 -
I am about to start week 3. I am excited to get started and know that I can run for that long. I will let you know how it goes when I get back.0
