I missed my run on Saturday (family wedding out of state. I brought my running stuff thinking I could grab a run in the early morning, but I just couldn't make it work). Is it ok to do 4 running days this week? I usually run Monday, Thursday, and Saturday and do some fairly intense calisthenics on Wednesday and Friday. I have the last day of week 2 to finish and then a ready to start week 3. Week 2 was easy and I never felt worn out or hurt. I was just going to add a run on Tuesday this week (so I would run Monday, Tuesday, calisthenics Wednesday, run Thursday, calisthenics Friday, run Saturday, rest Sunday). Sound ok or am I asking for trouble?

The best answer would be to run your usual days. This is a nine week program and you aren't going to solve world peace by finishing it and developing a regular running schedule a couple of days earlier.
The second best answer would be to run every other day until you get caught up.0
