Rest Day Macros

So today is my rest day from the gym. How do you adjust your diet on your rest days?

I cut about 500 or so calories on non training days, I train 3 days a week doing full body workouts (mon/wed/fri) :-)0

Do you do cut/bulk phases? I dont cut my calories back much but i drop my carbs to under 100g & bootst the protein up a notch.0 -
I weigh around 220 as a general rule on cardio/off days I try to get 250ish protein, keep carbs around 150, and use fat to make up the rest. Weight training days protein the same, fat 75-80, and carbs 250-300. I maintain at around 3000ish.0

I dont adjust at all, I eat my cals as is and still hit my macros the same for a training day and a non training day, only difference is that i eat back my cals on a training day0

I just keep it pretty much the same, maybe drop 200-300. If I have had a big workout the day before like legs I will keep it the same or even add some extra.0
