Here is a video I just took of my squats. It's 150lbs (I weight 125lbs currently). Sorry if the downlaod is choppy, i have no idea why it did that.
Any critique or tips based on this :)

I would like you to control your decent a bit more, it looks like you just collapse. The video seemed kinda choppy so it could have been that.

Edit: disregard, I do think it's the video that makes it look that way.

    Nice squats.

They are not at the moment, but it looks as though your knees want to buckle inwards - you may want to play with your foot angle a bit and remember to spread the floor with your feet.

Bar path looked good as did depth (just, on a few - but that could have been the choppy vid). You seem to bounce out of the hole quite a bit, which is fine, but you may want to think about doing some pause squats every now and again so you are not relying on the bounce quite as much.

Also, I could not tell if you were, but taking a deep breath at the start and making sure you set your lats/core.

Is that high bar? A bit hard to tell - if it is you may be a touch too bent over.

^^all the above are nit-picky - good squatting.

Thanks, Sarah! As far as high vs low bar.....I think I'm doing more of a low bar...although, it's not a very low placement. I don't have a very meaty upper back so I keep it as low as I can without it rolling down. As for me knees...yes, I have to pay attention to them as once in a while I can feel them wanting to track in so it's something I constantly have to think about for me.
And, I appreciate the idea of a pause squat...I never thought of that before, but I guess I do sort of bounce out of the hole a bit.
Thanks so much...this is exactly what I was after.

@Fire_Rock, thanks for the link! I'll post there too!
    And, yes...it's a choppy video, sorry ;)

How wide is your grip? Bringing your grip in should help create a shelf - your elbows are nicely back though.

I'm going to pay more attention to making my grip more narrow...that might help.
On the knees....would a more external rotation of my feet help with the possibility of my knees tracking in?

It could do, but it depends on you physiology - but make sure you are also aligning your whole leg - as in do not turn the feet out without also turning the knees out as well.
