Hello all! Plan of attack is really up to each individual. Some are going to try to do all 30 days straight and some that I have spoke with are going to do 4-5 days then take a day off. Myself I am just gonna to listen to my body. If I am sore enough that I think I might injury myself by doing more than 4/6 times a week I will take a day off. Lets remember that even Jillian says the body has to rest to recover. That being said she also yells "no pain, no gain" a lot too! So, the actual challenge could take up to 5-6 weeks depending on everyone getting done. HOPEFULLY our results will keep each other motivated! Can't wait to start this evening.......well, except for the measurements and pics. BUT they are only a starting point!

I know from past experience that I cannot do all 30 days in a row. My body NEEDS recovery days!

Today was my "session 2", even though it is day 4, but I am hoping to get going everyday after a few sessions.

My plan is to never skip 2 days in a row. So if I feel awful one day, or have a double shift at work, I can give myself leeway to have that day off without feeling like a failure which in turn makes me feel like I should just quit altogether. However, if I take an off day, I plan to at least do something else in it's place (ie. a power walk or jog).
