Wow...Can't believe I am first to post here this morning. Where is everyone?
This morning was a 37 minute outdoor walking session and the weather was perfect…64 degrees and sunny.

Ok, so I didn't run yesterday...but I did Insanity! I'm back in business! Early calls at work mean I need to do evening workouts this week, which is fine. I'm trying to do TDEE-% now so my calories don't shoot up with a long run. I'm pushing through this little slump. I'm a little frustrated not having lost, but I'm not gaining at least!
Insanity again today and running tomorrow.0 -
Hey Pam!!! Did I miss roll call? "Present!" heehee! Seriously, I'm here and doin' fine! I did some HG exercises this morning (along with laundry, dishes, feeding the kids, etc). Felt good to have my house back, with hubby back at work. This afternoon I hit the park and did GREAT! I ran for ~38minutes STRAIGHT!! Longest yet! I then walked and had water for awhile and then started to run again, but only made it another lap+ before my sore hip flexors (from HG exercises) said "ENOUGH!" and I filled the rest of the time with walking. Feels sooooo good to have run that long and to have gotten my walk on!! Ah, all is right in the world again! :laugh: I'll be getting some more HG exercises done and maybe a little session of other exercises (squats, pushups, etc) this evening. But for now, I gotta go feed my body!

Here.. I got a late start this morning...
I didn't not get my planned workout in yesterday but I will try to increase it today. How is everyone... I need to check in more often for my inspiration.. it finally rained good here and cleared up some of the mess in the air that has been giving me a headache and bad allergies.. YAY....

Toni: We are in a high alert for Tree pollen today so I made sure to take an allergy tab first thing this morning. It is nice when the air starts to clear up and glad that is happening in your neck of the woods. Have a great workout session today!
Carley: I read on the MFP Homepage that you did those IN-Out Abs of Insanity without modifications....no belly in the way...you go girl!:flowerforyou: Btw, I got a little tickle reading the other day about your cutie taking a bite out of your shoulder...yikes...I so remember those days and will be on the lookout that my newest grand baby doesn't do that to me when he hits that stage...:laugh: Speaking of not losing weight, mine has been "stable" for the past 12 months it seems. Losing these last 11 pounds would be nice and "magical" for me...heehee. I believe they will eventually fall off once I change up some things in my diet. Here lately, my guys have been bringing in too many "goodies".:blushing:

Well I really outdid myself today by 12:13pm I completed a Tricp/Bicep workout and ran 30 minute tempo run totaling 3.5 miles! After work I was tired but I managed to bike 16.4kms and now my butt is SORE!!
I drank 13 glasses of water today since it was so hot outside. I am happy with my food choices as well.
