    Fell a bit short of my 5,000 goal for the week with 4,379, but ramped down a bit on my workouts in preparation for Satuday's Tough Mudder.

    Hey yall! My goal was 2100 and i burned 2,068 - so not too bad! My lovely husband just purchased me a heart rate monitor for my bday so now i know exactly how many calories i am burning!

    Hi, everybody
    Week one was great for me my goal was 2,250 and I burned 2,651. I'm setting my goal for week 2 to burn 2,700 cal. and do some free weights.
