Week One, Day One

Joined this group a while ago, had the app on my phone a while ago and FINALLY started it today. I had a session with my trainer, we worked on arms, then I jumped on the treadmill and just went for it. I'm not a runner, I'm not very active and I've got a lot of weight to lose. I've been walking outside and doing a couple of one minute jogs when no one was around to see, so this was a little intimidating, my trainer was still there. Anyway, did the whole thing, didn't go too fast on the running part and liked it. Even finished walking for a while to round up the distance to the next mile.

I'm happy :happy:

    Starting is the biggest milestone and it sounds like you crushed it! Great going!
