HELP!!! NEED ANSWERS

Hello. I really need some help. I have been asking my friends and family advice, researching online, and getting mix answers. I am 7 months post pregnancy, three pounds away from my pre-pregnancy weight (BUT would like to lose a few more). I weight 153 pounds right now. Eating 1200 calories a day and working out 5 times a week burning 500 plus calories each time.

Should I eat the calories I burn while working out??? Please help. I feel like I should be eating more calories.

    If you're still losing weight each month, just keep doing what you're doing. If that's not working, then don't eat back exercise calories and see where that gets you.
