How have you made the arm exercises tougher?

Hello!

I am just on day 8 of 30dos but have always had an issue with the arm exercises! I want them to ache like my thighs did but I get nothing!! I have increased weights, I don't ease on the contraction with the chest fly. Front raises sure as hell kill me during but nothing after!! I don't mean to sound like a masochist but please help me work my arms a fair amount more so I can feel it :-)
