Can we weigh every Sunday morning so we can track our progress? For example
Starting weight in this challenge (SW):
Current weight (CW):
Lost this week (LTW):

Could we do that every Sunday going forward?

    I agree. I massively feel off the wagon this week and really need to find my motivation and willpower again.

    Highest weight: 275lbs
    Starting weight: 180.6 lbs
    Current weight 184

    I was put on some horrible meds and for awhile was up 10 lbs, so I'm honestly happy to finally be moving back in the right direction.

    Hi guys, sorry for my delayed response. I kept checking my topics and it didn't show any added posts so I thought everyone had given up! Then I checked the actual group and saw these so apologies for my absense!!

    This is a great idea :) Although my weight never seems to change :(

    I have been keeping up with the group and everyone is doing great. I have not posted b/c my weight is fluc with same 2lbs. Now that I have graduated, I am back to focusing on workouts.
