Do people get the same or better or worse results by combining Jillian's DVDs? I am doing alternate between 30 Day Shred and 6 week 6 pack abs workout together with about 40 minutes on the elliptical trainer. My primary goal is to lose weight first, more than to build lean muscles. Am I doing it right, or is there something I need to change?
