Are any of you still here? Are any of you still practicing intuitive eating? Please let me know. 
I wish that there was an active IE group on here... I love using the community of MFP, and would love supportive IE friends.

My name is Leah. I'm 28, live in TN, and have been practicing IE for a couple of weeks now. It's something that I feel strongly about and have wanted to do for years now.

Hi! I guess everyone is too busy eating mindfully to check the group! I'm still trying although I am terrible at it. Any tips? How are you doing it?
