I have decided that the only thing that can stop me from doing this is me...nothing or no one else....so I am doing this

    Totally!!! I always tell myself, no one is holding me down and shoving food in my mouth lol, I have choices. We gotta make the good choices. We CAN and we WILL!!!!

    Thank you...I know I can do this and I really want and NEED to...but its hard to get started. I went to the store today and bought the 17 day diet C1 food that I will need. I also purchased a work out DVD...not that it is an excuse but I have no support here because my hubby says I don't need to lose but I am 100 lb over weight and heart disease and stroke runs in my family...I do not want that.
