Weight Triggers Emotions

So I've noticed that while alone all day I haven't started work yet and my main profession is Computer Programming (not much exercise there). That when ever I have to notice how over weight I am it get's me depressed and I turn to food.

Advice on how to go about fixing this?

  • Although I'm not an expert,but have years of emotional over eating experience, I'll say that you need to take a deep look withinyourself and see what causes and triggers it. Then, you need to heal and love yourself as you are strong and you can do it! Believe me, you got the inner strenght, you just need to take time and patience to find it!
