Hey, I got this from my bariatric dietitian yesterday and found it interesting. As a former student of nutrition, I had never seen anything like this. Thought I'd share the website:

    I have been trying to put it to use. My dietitian reminded me with that how important the food groups still are after weight loss surgery. We tend to focus so much on the protein and water that the other groups tend to get lost in the shuffle. I keep it bookmarked on my computer for a daily reminder.
