lose more weight in winter than summer

i know its weird but i seem to stick to things more in winter than
summer i dont know why but still it comes off

    Previously I did better in teh winter. I think it had to do with the healthy soups I made. But last winter sucked I gained due to stress and a laps in logging. I'm hoping for good results this summer.
