Going nicely so far. I *feel* better, although I am finding it tricky to eat enough clean carbs to get up to 3100 calories with 200+g carbs. Proteins and fats are easy, it's adding clean carbs where I'm struggling. I think I'm going to start bringing more fruit to work to help with that. Once we get settled in the house, I'm probably going to start making some Paleo after-dinner treats, too.
My lifts were sub-optimal this week. Nothing even close to a PR, but 1) I've been sick and 2) I've been doing a lot of PT to deal with a previously effed-up shoulder so my body is probably stressed on a lot of levels. After a month of eating more, I'm expecting better things when I hit the 5/3/1 cycle again in June.
