I went to the Dr about the ligament I keep tearing in my upper left arm, and he thinks it is being aggravated from improper form during lifting. I have Scoliosis and some shoulder nerve damage from an old accident, and due to this he does not think I can actually achieve proper form. He has suggested that I reduce my already low #'s by 10 pounds forever, as in never increase the weights on most the lifts I have been doing. So, what do I do? I would assume add more sets, but I can only do that so much as it already takes me almost an hour now. Any suggestions?

I would seek out a trainer with a background in sports injuries.
