Options
Make your own smoothie......basic shake instructions

1 scoop protein powder or 1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
1/2 cup fat free milk or almond milk
Up to 2 cups of fruits
Veggies to taste
An optional 1-3 tsp fun stuff (chocolate syrup , peanut butter)
Plus unlimited freebies ( coffee, tea, extracts, spices, zero-cal sweetener, water or ice)

Blend all your Ingredients together and Enjoy!


Note:.....I searched how many tsps or tbs are in a scoop, and they say that scoops come in different sizes.
I use 3 tablespoons in my smoothie

    Green Monster Spinach Smoothie
    Ingredients:
    1 frozen sliced banana
    1 Tablespoon peanut butter
    1/2 cup 0% Vanilla Chobani Greek yogurt
    1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze (or other kind of milk)
    4 cups baby spinach (or more, or less)

    Directions:

    Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

    Nutritional stats:

    350 calories, 10g fiber, 21g protein


    Peanut butter cup
    Protein: 1 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
    ½ cup fat-free milk
    1 tablespoon fat-free chocolate syrup
    1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter (I like Smuckers All Natural, regular)
    1 banana, sliced
    Blend and Serve!


    Green smoothie
    Protein: 1 scoop protein powder (Physicians Protein Mix™, or whey, or soy)
    2 medium carrots, peeled and sliced
    1 medium sweet apple, cored, seeded, and quartered
    2 pitted dates
    1 banana, sliced
    ½ cup mango, peeled and diced
    2 handfuls spinach (or kale, de-stemmed)
    1 cup water to start (add more as needed for consistency)
    Blend and Serve!


    Banana latte
    Protein: 1 scoop protein powder (Physicians Protein Mix™, or whey, or soy)
    1 cup fat-free milk
    ¾ cup strong black coffee (decaf is okayOK)
    2 bananas, sliced
    1 cup ice cubes
    Blend and Serve!


    Strawberry fields
    Protein: 1 scoop protein powder (Physicians Protein Mix™, or whey, or soy)
    ½ cup strawberries
    ½ cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
    ¼ cup orange juice (pulp or no pulp, freshly squeezed or store-bought)
    Blend and Serve!


    Crispy Apple Smoothie
    1. One Apple. Should be Seeded, Cored and Quartered.
    2. One Orange. Should be Quartered after Peeling.
    3. One Scoop of Soy or Whey Protein Powder. Great Buy – Optimum Nutrition 100% Soy Protein – Vanilla Bean Powder.
    4. One Banana. Should be Sliced.
    5. Two Handfuls of Spinach.
    6. One Carrot. Should be Sliced and Peeled.
    7. 1 Cup of Plain Water.
    Blend and Serve!

    Kale Margarita Smoothie Recipe
    Please gather the following Ingredients @ one place, near your Blender :
    1. Two-Three Cups of Kale. Should be Chopped and the Stems removed.
    2. One and a Half Cups of Margarita Mix.
    3. Two Cups of Mango. Should be Cubed after Peeling.
    4. One Scoop of Protein Powder. Either Soy or Whey!
    5. Half a Cup of Coconut Water.
    6. One Cup of Ice.
    Blend all your Ingredients together and Enjoy!

    Orange Zest Smoothie Recipe
    1. Zest of 1 Whole Orange.
    2. One Whole Orange. Should be seedless and Quartered. Should include the Sections, Flesh and Pith.
    3. One Cup Greek Yogurt. Should be plain and Fat-Free.
    4. Half a Banana. Should be Sliced.
    5. One Regular or Italian Plum. Should be Pitted.
    6. One Lemon. Please extract the Juice.
    7. Three Swiss Chard Leaves. Should be Large and Deribbed.
    Blend and Serve!
