How to log dumbbells? HELP! :)

So when you log how much weight you did for an exercise....do you list the dumbbells as a total for both, or the single weight? For example, if I'm holding one in each hand, and they are each 10 lbs? How do you count that?

    I always combine the weights so that you have a measure across different moves. So, if I lift 2 10 pound dumbbels 15 times, I write 20/15 in the rectangle. But , really, anything will work as long as you are consistent. The log is for you to know where to pick up.
