Is NRol4 W significantly different from NRol?

I ask because my husband just got New Rules on his Kindle, and I've started reading it as well. I had NRol4 W on my wish list, and am wondering if it's still worth buying, or have I got most/all the information I need in the original version?

    I don't know the answer to your question, but if you do NROL, you could do it with your Hubby and that might be fun!!

    I don't know what the original nrol is like but when I did nrol4w last year, I had my hubby do it with me and he thought it was a great workout. There's not really anything "girly" about it. I honestly think they just named the book that to get more women to buy their books...
