Do you think working out is addictive

Well me, I feel like working out can be a bit of addictive. Sometimes even on my off day i feel guilty that i did nothing that day. I think once your body gets used to something it wants more. But at the end of the day i know my body needs a break.

I'm a self confessed gym-aholic! Love the feeling I get after a good workout. I also get a little jealous when I see people post their burns on here when I'm on a rest day LOL
Friends are always saying "you're always at the gym". Although it may seem to some people that I overdo it I do listen to my body and take the rest when I need it, even if it's not on a regular basis. My thinking is that one day I'm not gonna be able to do the things I can do now so why not make the most of it while I'm still able to and loving it is a bonus!0
