    Monday - INSANITY: day 15 fit test - COMPLETED - with this only being 30 minutes long (although very tough) I added level 1 of JM 6W6P and I am doing the squat challenge again starting today so did 50 squats :smile:

    Tuesday - INSANITY: day 16 plyometric cardio circuit
    Wednesday - INSANITY: day 17 pure card & cardio abs
    Thursday - INSANITY: day 18 cardio recovery
